In order to avoid any issues and ensure the smooth delivery of your work, please carefully read and agree to the following information before placing your order.

●Precautions
- We use translation software to use English.
Please understand that there may be some unnatural parts.
- If you do not have a Japanese bank account, you can pay via PayPal.
- We do not ship analog products overseas.
- We will handle all inquiries in accordance with Japanese law.

●About your request
- Production will begin only after both parties have agreed on the content of the work, including the price and delivery date. 
- We may decline your request depending on the content, but we will do our best to accommodate your request, so please feel free to contact us first.
- You may also request work featuring licensed characters, but since the copyright remains with the copyright holder, some differences will apply, such as prohibiting the creation of merchandise.

●About use of my works
- Copyright for works will not be transferred, so please refrain from claiming the work as your own or modifying it yourself.
- Crediting the creator is generally optional, but may be required depending on the intended use.
- In principle, you are welcome to post your finished work on your website or various social media platforms. 
However, if you do not wish to do so or have a specific time frame in mind, please contact us in advance.
- In principle, you are free to monetize streaming activities using Live2D avatar works, anno royalties will be charged.
- If we confirm that a work is being used for anti-social activities, we will use the authority of the copyright holder to suspend use of the work.

●About creating goods using my work
- Creating goods using completed original character works is handled differently depending on whether it is for profit or not.
If it is for profit-making purposes, we will ask about the content, number of units sold, price, etc. before deciding whether to use it and the usage fee.
There is no usage fee if the purpose is not profit-making (such as personal production or distribution within the cost recovery limit), but please be sure to contact us before creating goods.
- As a general rule, it is not permitted to create goods using works of copyrighted characters.

●About the delivery date
- The delivery date for your project will vary depending on the menu, desired content, and the current business situation at the time of your request.
Work may be temporarily suspended due to reasons such as participating in an event.
We will provide you with a rough delivery date when you contact us, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Please note, however, that delivery dates are only a guideline and may not be strictly adhered to depending on the content and the circumstances of the communication.
- If you have a specific delivery date in mind, such as a certain date, please let us know in advance.
Depending on your desired delivery date, we may decline your request or require an additional rush fee (starting from 3,000JPY).

●About delivery
- Digital data will be sent via email via “Gigafile” (password-protected) unless otherwise specified.
- If you have any specific file format, size, resolution, etc. requests, please let us know in advance.

●Payment information
- All prices include consumption tax (10%).
- We will provide you with an estimate in advance and proceed with production only upon your agreement. Once the rough sketch is finalized, the fee will be confirmed and payment will be requested.
- Even if additional fees are incurred due to subsequent changes to the content, we will always present the fee in advance and request payment only upon your agreement.
- Cancellations or refunds for customer reasons will not be accepted after payment has been made.

●About retakes (Edits)
- We will retake your work up to three times per process free of charge.
- Any retakes beyond the fourth will incur an additional fee of 3,000 JPY per retake.
- For major revisions after the rough sketch has been finalized, an additional fee may be charged upon consultation.

●About communication
- Please submit requests and inquiries using the contact form on this website. 
We will communicate via email.
We use Gmail, so please set up your email to receive emails from the domain "@gmail.com."
- In order to ensure a secure record of your request, we generally do not accept requests sent via the messaging features of various social media platforms.
- We will generally reply within three days, so if you have not received a reply after three days, please contact us again.
- If we are unable to contact you without receiving a reply from you for an extended period of time, we may cancel the production midway.
- We may use Google Drive to check each stage of the process.
This confirmation data will be deleted after delivery of the finished product, so please download any data you require yourself.
- In order to allow Mizu to focus on her creative work and deliver her works to you as quickly as possible, support staff may communicate on her behalf.
​Please rest assured that any requests you receive regarding the creative process will, in principle, be passed on directly to Mizu herself and will never be leaked to anyone else.
